CDL- A Drivers

• I-Bar Enterprises has been supporting the construction industry specializing in aggregate hauling and equipment services for more than 20 years now!

We are currently looking to add additional drivers to our family, since we are rapidly growing and have a high demand in New Braunfels, Tx and surrounding areas.

What we do:

Haul aggregate materials including but not limited to; Base, Rock, Sand, Clay etc. to and from terminals and work

• sites w ith our fleet of End Dump, Belly Dump and Quad Axle Dump trucks. I
• Bar will train the right driver without specific fleet experience!

Please Note:

• We have a very strict cell phone policy. Any hand-held device usage while operating a company vehicle will result in termination
• We have a zero-tolerance drug policy . If you are on a SAP program or fail or refuse a drug or alcohol screening you will either be terminated or not hired in the first place.
• We require all drivers to complete a FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.

If you have refused or failed a drug and/or alcohol screen since Jan 2020, it will show up on the clearinghouse query. General info and Job responsibility details: $1250 hiring bonus and referral bonuses Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly by direct deposit Paid vacation and holidays Company paid medical insurance. Dental, vision, additional life insurance, critical illness and accident insurance also offered Safely and efficiently operate truck Inspect and secure loads, clean-out as required Properly enter, fill out and submit delivery tickets Maintain and clean assigned truck along with reporting any issues or incidents Report to work reliably and on time Well maintained trucks with on-site mechanics

Experience and Requirements:

Valid CDL A with minimum of 1 yr driving experience. CDL B may be accepted End and Belly dump experience preferred but not required Good driving and personal safety record Able to pass DOT drug screening and physical Able to communicate effectively in writing, face-to-face and via phone and radio Able to work early mornings and Saturdays as required
