We are dedicated to supporting your growth and success every mile of the way. Responsibilities Safely operate a range of commercial trucks in containers and dry van. Some loads are picked up in the Houston Ports and delivered locally and inside Plants. Follow designated routes for local deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards. Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and delivery records throughout each shift. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse personnel to coordinate pickups and deliveries. Ensure proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit and comply with safety protocols. Qualifications Valid Texas Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record. Experience operating manual transmission trucks is preferred but not required. Proven experience driving Tractor Trailer dry van , containers and reefers from June 2023 to Present. ( 2 years recent ) Ability to pick up frieght safely. TWIC card and Hazmat preferred but not required. Current DOT card and Physical Long Form. MVR , PSP and Criminal Background preffered clean. DwI's must be 10 years / closed Felonies must be 7 years old / closed . No current open criminal cases. Knowledge of route driving best practices and local traffic regulations. Strong commitment to safety standards and vehicle maintenance routines. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and dispatchers effectively.
