Shipping & Receiving Driver

The Shipping and Receiving Driver will work directly with Leads and Supervisors in Shipping / Receiving as well as Production to ensure the proper equipment / raw materials are available when and where needed. The Yard Hostler will report directly to the Shipping / Receiving Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Verify and update weekly trailer inventory. Distribute inventory as required Move empty trailers / tankers to the storage yard as required Relocate full trailers / tankers for production needs as required Organize and manage the trailer storage yard in a well-defined manner Have return trailers available and ready for easy pick up Contact vendors when trailers / tankers are ready for pick up Notify CRS when customer's trailers/tankers are ready for pick up Weight tankers in/out Back up to the Security Guard Manage Pallets and Empty Drums as well as the associated trailers Other duties as necessary High School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years driving experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and well organized Must be able to safely travel throughout the facility Fluency in English required, Spanish bilingual is a nice to have Must have reliable transportation CLD A Clean & safe driving record
