This position involves long-haul transportation of freight across multiple states, requiring professionalism, strong time management, and a commitment to safety and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 26 ft. box truck on long-distance (OTR) routes Transport and deliver freight efficiently while meeting scheduled deadlines Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper securement Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel, and deliveries Communicate consistently with dispatch regarding trip status and updates Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Keep the truck clean, organized, and in good working condition Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries Report any accidents, delays, or mechanical issues immediately Driver Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience (box truck or similar) Valid driver's license (non-CDL acceptable, if applicable) Current DOT Medical Card Clean driving record (no major violations) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Ability to stay out on the road for extended periods Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience and performance) Consistent OTR loads Flexible scheduling opportunities Growth potential within the company Supportive dispatch and management team Start Date Immediate openings available - Drivers ready to start soon are encouraged to apply.
