English Driver's License Full Job Description Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate Pay:

From $16.00 per hour

Position Purpose:

Truck Driving duties include delivering material, product and equipment to customers in the electrical, screen printing, and digital graphics industries. This driving position includes a longer route with overnight stay.

MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21

with a valid driver's license and clean 7-year driving record. Bilingual speakers preferred due to customer needs on certain routes. Applicant must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Warehouse Duties are a part of the job and include using RF scanning system to stock and pull materials, equipment, and other items for shipping or delivery, when not making deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

Make deliveries daily to customers in the sales territory in an efficient manner, minimizing the time away from the warehouse while driving the vehicle in a safe & courteous manner. One route includes an overnight stay for delivery purposes. Delivers or routes materials to shipping or delivery area in the warehouse, using work devices, such as hand-trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Examines pallet loads and package contents in order to compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment Confers and corresponds with supervisors or sales representatives to resolve problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance specifications Warehouse duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

Must have a clean 7-year driving history with no DWI Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to read a map and follow directions to customer sites One (1) year experience driving box trucks Good knowledge of basic math and reading skills Active listening skills to contribute to effective communication. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish with strong English conversational skills
