This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can confidently lead a crew, and has experience driving a truck and trailer safely and professionally. We're looking for a dependable leader who can keep jobs running efficiently, maintain high standards, and help our team continue delivering excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites Safely operate company truck and trailer to transport crew, tools, and equipment Complete landscaping projects efficiently and on schedule Perform hands-on landscaping work including: Lawn and landscape maintenance Mulching and planting Irrigation repairs and installs General landscape labor Ensure all work meets company quality standards Communicate professionally with clients when needed Maintain equipment and promote safe work practices Handle job site problem-solving independently Qualifications Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement) Experience driving trucks with trailers required Strong leadership and communication skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, hardworking, and punctual Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Consistent full-time work Supportive team environment Competitive daily pay If you're an experienced landscaping professional ready to lead a crew and take ownership of your work, we'd like to hear from you.
