Key Responsibilities:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Highly organized with the ability to follow structured processes and procedures. Dependable with strong follow-through , ensuring tasks and schedules are completed. Safely operate one of our brand new, fully outfitted JunkStart trucks, ensuring the efficient removal and disposal/recycling of unwanted items from homes and businesses. Provide uncommon customer service by educating customers on the JunkStart experience, providing accurate onsite estimates, and going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations . Communicate effectively with dispatch to determine the best approach for completing jobs, making logistical decisions , and implementing the day's sales and marketing objectives. Lead by example , demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Act as a brand ambassador for JunkStart, representing our company with pride and professionalism in all interactions with customers and the community.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (limited accidents or moving violations). 3+ years of driving experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to connect with others and provide exceptional customer service. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and reliability, with a commitment to upholding safety protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to take ownership of your role and contribute to the success of the company. Physical fitness and ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects on a regular basis.
