Assists in the efficient, safe towing and transportation of disabled vehicles by supporting the main operator. Key duties include securing vehicles to tow trucks (using winches, straps, and hooks), assisting with roadside assistance, maneuvering trucks, completing paperwork, and providing customer service to stranded motorists.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Recovery Assistance:

Safely assist in securing broken-down, damaged, or illegally parked vehicles to flatbeds or wheel-lift trucks.

On-Scene Support:

Aid the driver in assessing roadside situations, setting up safety equipment, and managing traffic at the incident scene.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance:

Assist in operating winches and lifting apparatus; perform checks on recovery vehicle equipment, tools, and lights.

Logistics & Documentation:

Help complete towing logs, customer receipts, and vehicle condition reports.

Customer Service:

Assist with communicating with stranded clients, ensuring a calm, professional experience. •This job is part time. Working schedule will be in the evenings from 9 pm to 3 am.•
