About the Role Peak Power, Inc. is hiring experienced Class A drivers for solo PM runs out of Spring, TX. We're a Houston-based FedEx Ground linehaul contractor with a growing fleet, a professional coordinator team, and a culture built around safety, accountability, and treating drivers like the professionals they are. What You'll Do Run solo PM linehaul routes for FedEx out of the Houston metro Safely operate late-model automatic day cabs (oldest trucks in the fleet are 2019) within all traffic laws and company policies Hook and drop trailers — no touch freight Communicate professionally with 24/7 FedEx personnel, Peak Power team members, and FedEx's customers Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and new departure leg inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical soundness and report any issues promptly Manage behavior and enforce safety rules onboard to promote a respectful and secure environment Return home at the end of every shift What We Offer $225•300+/day (mileage, spot, or daily pay — whichever is greater) Minimum guarantee of $225/day Paid weekly, every Friday Company-paid health insurance with full medical benefits Home daily — sleep in your own bed every night 100% drop & hook, no-touch freight New automatic day cab fleet (2019 or newer) Slip seat bonuses, safety and metric bonuses 24/7 internal company support Uniforms provided Strong safety culture and professional work environment Growth opportunities within the company Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years Doubles/Triples endorsement (or willingness to obtain it) Clean MVR (driving record) Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check Professional communication — timely, respectful, and clear Personally embody safety culture•Safety Begins with ME About Peak Power, Inc.
