Job Description

To apply please send a resume to HAILEY@tnmhe.com We are seeking a dependable and experienced Mobile Home Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting mobile and manufactured homes to various sites in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. You will be working with oversized loads and must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding transportation and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely haul and deliver mobile homes using toter trucks and specialized equipment Load, secure, and unload homes according to DOT and company standards Coordinate and follow proper routing for oversized loads Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and paperwork Communicate professionally with customers, site personnel, and dispatch Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Minimum 3+ years of experience hauling mobile/manufactured homes or oversized loads preferred Clean driving record (MVR) Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening Knowledge of load securement and transport safety procedures Willingness to travel and be away from home for short periods if needed Physical ability to work outdoors
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with pilot car coordination Familiarity with state permit requirements for oversize loads Mechanically inclined or experience in mobile home setup is a plus
