Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Yard Hand / Wash Bay Attendant to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our trucks and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for safe and efficient use. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow within a strong, team-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and clean haul trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Maintain wash bay area, yard cleanliness, and organization Assist with basic preventative maintenance tasks (greasing, checking fluids, etc.) Inspect equipment for visible damage or safety concerns and report issues Keep fueling and wash areas clean and stocked Assist mechanics and operators as needed Follow all company safety procedures at all times

Skills:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay productive Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help where needed Good communication skills Pride in maintaining clean, organized equipment and workspaces

Requirements & Daily Responsibilities:

Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working around heavy equipment and machinery Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a yard, shop, or wash bay environment Basic knowledge of trucks or heavy equipment Experience with pressure washing or industrial cleaning equipment Mechanical aptitude is a plus
