YOUR FULL NAME - EXPERIENCE - FEDEX

• This position is with an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. Drivers are responsible for daily deliveries and pickups. We seek safe, responsible drivers with strong time management skills who can follow procedures. Competitive pay is offered based on experience, availability, and performance. This is a great opportunity for growth within our company. Immediate start available. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts required during peak holiday seasons (November and December). Hours depend on driver efficiency. This full-time role is based at the FedEx Ground terminal in Houston, TX. Drivers should report between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. All candidates will undergo background and driving record checks.

TEAM DRIVERS ENJOY

NO CDL Requirement, only need to have a valid driver license. PAID Training Time (Maximum of Two Weeks). All Vehicles are Preloaded Every Morning. Consistent Schedule! Paid Weekly! RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Deliver and pick up a wide variety of items to and from different addresses and through different routes within a region. Conduct inspections of vehicle prior to departing to deliver/pick up packages. Follow delivery and pick up routes and time schedules. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints. Complete logs and reports. Follow DOT regulations and safety standards. Complete inspections of vehicle after route has been completed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

: Must be over 21 years old. Have a valid driver license. Pass a criminal background check. No felonies • Pass a drug screen. Have a clean driving record (1 point/ticket, no DUI's, and no suspensions). Must be willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends. Able to Lift 150lbs Packages (if needed) - average packages are small Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required (non-CDL, Uber and Lyft qualify). Your delivery driving experience MUST be within the last 3 years. Must have reliable transportation to and from Terminal.

EXPERIENCE

:

Commercial Driving:

1 year (non-CDL, Uber and Lyft qualify).

Delivery driver:

1 year. FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS and similar experience is preferred but not required.
