Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CDL Class A Driver, based in Oilville, VA. The CDL Class A Driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and on schedule, performing vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining detailed logs and delivery documentation, and communicating effectively with both dispatch and customers. Ensuring vehicle safety and adherence to company safety standards is a critical aspect of this role. Qualifications A valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record A TWIC card is required 2 years of experience in operating Class A commercial vehicles and handling freight deliveries Familiarity with ports in Norfolk, VA, is preferred Current DOT medical card required Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and traffic laws Time management skills to ensure timely deliveries Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance Clear communication skills for effective interaction with dispatch, clients, and team members Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) is a plus Join our team to enjoy dedicated daily runs, flexible schedules, and competitive pay!
