Dedicated Kroger account. Home daily. We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account delivering Kroger grocery freight out of Roanoke, VA. This is a solo regional position running VA and WV on consistent, predictable routes•with an assigned sleeper truck (no slip seat). Immediate openings available. PAY $1,400•$1,600 average weekly earnings $80,000+ annually
CPM:
$0.53•$0,80 Unload pay: $55 per full unload Stop pay: $20 per stop Weekly mileage: 2,000 average 4 loads per week Paid weekly

JOB DETAILS
Position:

Dedicated Regional Solo Customer:
Kroger Equipment:
Your own assigned sleeper truck•no slip seat
Freight:
Grocery dry freight•driver-assisted unload using powered pallet jack
Home Time:
Weekly 34-hour reset•Drivers living within 30 miles of the Roanoke Distribution Center are home daily.
Running area:
Virginia and West Virginia Schedule:
Primarily overnight
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class
A CDL 21
years of age or older Physical ability for driver-assisted unloading (powered pallet jack) Clean driving record Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen Strong customer service approach when working with store personnel
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Kroger grocery freight to store locations across VA and WV Driver-assisted unload using powered pallet jack at each stop Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies Communicate with dispatch on delivery and trip progress

This is a dedicated account serving Kroger's regional distribution network out of Roanoke, VA. All drivers receive an assigned sleeper truck.
