OFFERING A SIGN ON BONUS DURING THE MONTH OF MAY 2026
  • Compass Towing is seeking a skilled and experienced Rollback Driver to join our team!
As a trusted towing service provider, we pride ourselves on delivering prompt, professional, and safe towing services to our customers. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a rollback tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
  • Load and secure vehicles on the truck while preventing damage.
  • Maintain the tow truck in clean and working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing Compass Towing.
Requirements:
  • Valid DCJS and driver's license.
  • Minimum 1 year of rollback driving or towing experience.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Strong knowledge of towing regulations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, Police calls and overnights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
