Position Overview:

We are seeking a CDL Class A Driver & Laborer to join our team. This role involves driving solo, super solo, and truck & pup dump trucks to haul materials and transport equipment between job sites. In addition to driving, the ideal candidate should be willing to assist with general labor tasks, including loading and unloading equipment, underground utility installation, demolition, and grading.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and operate solo, super solo, and truck & pup dump trucks. Haul materials from rock pits to job sites. Transport heavy equipment between sites, ensuring proper loading and securing. Assist with underground utility installation, demolition, grading, and site preparation. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate hand tools and assist in job site cleanup. Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience with a Class A CDL. Experience operating 10-speed, 13-speed, and 18-speed manual transmissions. Clean driving record. Punctual, professional, and reliable. Ability to efficiently navigate routes to multiple job sites. Willingness to perform laborer tasks in addition to driving.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating heavy equipment. (You will be responsible for loading and transporting equipment using a trailer, as well as loading materials with a loader or excavator.)

Schedule & Compensation:

40-45 hours per week. Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Pay:

$28.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience and private vs. prevailing wage work) All work is based in the Pacific Northwest. Paid major holidays.

Excavator:

1 year (Preferred).

Driving dump truck:

2 years (Required).

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid Driver's License (Required). Valid CDL A (Required).
