Local Container Delivery Driver (CDL) - Burlington, WA

Deliver Containers Safely, Efficiently, and Professionally Get Simple Box is hiring a CDL driver to deliver and pick up portable storage containers in Skagit, Whatcom, and Island County. This is a local position with a steady weekday schedule. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, communicates well with customers, and helps keep the day running smoothly. What You'll Do Deliver and pick up 20ft and 40ft containers safely and professionally Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and care Communicate with customers and the team to keep deliveries on track Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly Help prep containers (sweeping, decals, photos, staging) Keep your truck and equipment clean, organized, and ready to go What Success Looks Like Deliveries are completed safely, on time, and without damage You communicate clearly and help prevent delays or confusion Jobs are completed efficiently, helping the team maximize each day Customers have a positive, professional experience on-site Equipment is well cared for and ready for the next job What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Comfortable with tight-access deliveries and job site conditions Safety-focused, dependable, and consistent Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve in the field Able to lift/move 50+ lbs and climb in/out of the truck throughout the day Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and basic communication Pay & Benefits $26-$32/hour depending on experience Monthly bonus opportunities tied to team performance Up to 17 paid days off in Year 1 (PTO + holidays) Medical stipend (up to $200/month) Retirement match (up to 3%) Paid training Schedule Monday-Friday Typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (varies with workload) Home every night Statement of Faith & Equal Opportunity Get Simple Box is a values-driven company.
