Position Overview:

We're hiring CDL Class A Drivers who can operate manual transmission dump trucks and mixers

• and aren't afraid to get out and work. Raking asphalt, assisting with paving, operating equipment
• that's part of the job.

No "passenger seat" attitudes here. This is a get-it-done role.

What You'll Do:

• Drive +

Work:

Operate manual transmission (10-speed / 13-speed) trucks, then jump in with the crew

• Safety First:

  Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and follow DOT and company safety standards

Grow Your Skills:

We'll train the right candidate on paving, equipment operation, and more

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card (required
• must bring to interview)
• Manual transmission experience (10-speed preferred)
• Dump truck and/or mixer experience a plus
• we'll train the right person
• Must be willing to work outside the truck
• this is not a driving-only position
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits:
