is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business seeking a reliable box truck driver and a delivery helper for dedicated final mile and home delivery routes based out of Kent, WA. No truck? No problem — we provide the equipment. This is structured, recurring contracted work through a national logistics partner — not gig, not app-based. Immediate start available for qualified candidates. Veteran operators are strongly encouraged to apply.

THE WORK

Dedicated final mile & home delivery routes — contracted, not load board 6 days/week with overnight runs included ~18 stops/day 8 to 12 hour routes depending on route structure Higher compensation for teams with good performance Greater Seattle Metro coverage Active delivery position: repeated lifting, loading/unloading, stair carries, and physical delivery work throughout the day In-home and business deliveries requiring professional customer interaction Real-time scan and proof of delivery compliance required at every stop Company-provided box truck (24ft-26ft with liftgate)

COMPENSATION

$20-$22/hour | Paid weekly every Wednesday (Net-7) Invoices due by Sunday at 5:00 PM. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position — not W-2 employment.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Valid driver's license with a clean, verifiable driving record (driver applicants) ✅ Both candidates must be physically capable of repeated lifting, loading/unloading, stair carries, and active delivery work throughout the day ✅ Clean, professional appearance ✅ Smartphone proficiency — must be comfortable with delivery apps, real-time scanning, and proof of delivery compliance ✅ Must maintain scan compliance, communication, and on-time service standards ✅ Available for 6-day schedule including overnights ✅ Must pass a background check
