Job Description

Kitsap Paw Patrol is a top-rated dog waste removal service hiring a reliable, high-output Scoop Technician to service a consistent weekly route throughout Clallam County. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday only. Technicians typically complete 15-25 stops per shift, with some cleanups taking up to 30 minutes. All work is performed outdoors in varying weather and yard conditions. This role is best suited for someone who works efficiently without supervision, takes ownership of their route, and maintains a high level of consistency and professionalism. The work is physical and fast-paced, but straightforward. Reliability, productivity, and attention to detail are extremely important. There is a clear path to increased pay and additional responsibility for technicians who consistently perform at a high level and represent the company professionally. Compensation $25-$27 per hour (based on performance and route efficiency) Customer tips Monthly reliability bonuses Gas mileage reimbursement Paid training We pay a premium for dependable, efficient team members who take pride in doing the job right. What You'll Do Remove dog waste thoroughly and efficiently Complete a structured daily route Travel between residential and commercial properties Follow route notes and schedules using our mobile app Inspect yards carefully and secure all gates/access points Work outdoors in all typical weather conditions Maintain a professional and respectful presence with customers Who We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused Able to work independently without supervision Physically capable of staying productive throughout an active shift Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds Strong attention to detail and consistency Preferred (Not Required) Outdoor or route-based work experience Customer service experience Interest in growth or leadership within a growing local company Additional Details Part-time position Approximately 25 hours per week Additional hours available as routes expand Monday-Friday schedule only Field-based/in-person work Applicants with criminal records are encouraged to apply Interested?
