A typical day starts at our Puyallup shop around 8:00 AM. You'll ride with a lead driver to multiple customer locations, helping remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, trash, and household junk. Some jobs may involve cleaning out garages, storage units, estates, rental properties, offices, or entire homes. You'll work as part of a small team, interact with customers, load trucks safely and efficiently, and help keep equipment clean and organized throughout the day. Most days include 4-6 jobs and a mix of driving between locations, physical labor, customer interaction, and teamwork. No two days are exactly the same. This is an active, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working outdoors, and seeing different locations every day rather than sitting behind a desk.
Customer Tips:
In addition to hourly pay, team members typically earn $200-$400 per week in customer tips , increasing their total earnings by approximately $8-$12 per hour on average .
