Requirements:

Minimum 21 years of age 6 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience No more than 2 moving violations in the last year. No serious moving violations (careless/reckless driving, leaving the scene, etc.) Clean record regarding drug or alcohol tests in a commercial vehicle No DOT major preventable accidents in the last 5 years Updated DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining by orientation date.
