About Vale Vale is a design-led company building the future of autonomous retail. We blend automation, robotics, and premium food & beverage to create beautifully crafted matcha experiences through fully automated kiosks and mobile carts.

Make Magic. We combine technology and hospitality to create experiences that feel effortless, intuitive, and memorable. We operate a café in Seattle's South Lake Union and are expanding our event-based Matcha Bar business across the region. The Role Vale is seeking a reliable, hands-on Events Driver & Logistics Support Technician to support events for our mobile Matcha Bar business. This role is responsible for delivering, setting up, maintaining, and retrieving Vale mobile Matcha Bars at event locations throughout the greater Seattle area. All transportation is completed using company vehicles (no CDL required). This is an ideal role for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Transport Vale mobile Matcha Bars to and from event locations using company vehicles Load and unload equipment at our SoDo logistics hub and event sites Set up mobile kiosks onsite and perform operational checks Troubleshoot basic technical issues to maintain uptime (training provided) Support pre-event preparation and post-event breakdown Represent Vale professionally at events Qualifications 1+ year of professional delivery driving or field service experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable lifting and moving equipment (50+ lbs) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and problem-solve under time pressure Strong communication and customer-facing skills Preferred Qualifications (not required) Food & beverage retail experience Event setup or mobile vending experience Basic technical troubleshooting skills Schedule & Expectations Primarily weekend shifts Weekday prep shifts may be available Must be dependable and available for scheduled events Benefits Company funded ORCA card Matcha benefits Joining a fun start up inSeattle Schedule Full Time Weekdays:
