Driver / Landscaper

Overview Liggins Landscaping & Maintenance is seeking an experienced and motivated Driver / Landscaper to join our team for the 2026 season. This position combines hands-on landscaping work with driving responsibilities, requiring individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in delivering high-quality service to our clients. Our team members represent our brand daily and play an important role in maintaining strong relationships within the Sequim community. Key Responsibilities Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites Load, secure, and transport landscaping equipment and materials Perform routine landscaping services including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and seasonal cleanups Operate landscaping equipment safely (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.) Assist crew members to complete projects efficiently and professionally Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Communicate effectively with crew leaders and management Provide excellent customer service while on-site Qualifications Previous landscaping experience required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience maneuvering and backing trailers preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and self-motivation Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from the shop in Sequim Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Preferred Skills Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Knowledge of lawn care and maintenance practices Strong time-management and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and equipment care What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented work environment Hands-on training and skill development Paid weekly Review after 1st 30 days Opportunity for advancement and leadership growth A company culture focused on community involvement and pride in workmanship Think you've got what it takes?
