Supplemental Pay:
Eligible for a yearly bonus. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle (CMV) on dedicated local routes. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) to ensure fleet mechanical safety. Properly secure loads and cargo in compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records (If Applicable) and delivery paperwork. Communicate promptly with the shop and management regarding any equipment maintenance or repair needs.
Qualifications & Requirements License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Required).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A commercial driving experience (Required).
Transmission:
Proficiency with an 18-speed manual transmission is highly recommended.
Medical:
Valid DOT Medical Card / Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Device:
Preferably own a reliable smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of running required company applications. Clean driving record (MVR) with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. , all conditional offers of employment are contingent upon passing a Pre-Employment Drug Test . Because this role requires operating a commercial motor vehicle governed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), federal Department of Transportation (DOT) testing rules take legal precedence. Washington State's statutory restrictions on pre-employment cannabis testing do not apply to this safety-sensitive role. As a condition of ongoing employment, the selected driver will be enrolled in our DOT drug and alcohol testing pool and will be subject to mandatory Random, Post-Accident, and Reasonable Suspicion testing . Any positive test result or refusal to test will be reported directly to the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) and the FMCSA Clearinghouse as mandated by law.
