• Our local business is expanding and looking for supervisor/assistant manager trainee. We are a small local company that is growing due to our business practices and we need some talented people to help us grow. The position will be learning the trade, which is mostly commercial Lawn Care, Irrigation work and Snow/Ice management over the winter.
• This position will be competitive. As we grow you will have opportunities to make more with us.
• No experience is necessary as we will train the right individual. Supervisor or Industry experience preferred.
• Good attitude, attention to detail, reliable transportation, and good communication skills required.
• Candidate must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and be capable of walking up to a few miles a day. === Job Description ===
• Know how to follow directions, be able to coordinate employees work as a team.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Work alone, work hard, and work smart
• Drive a truck and up to an 18 ft trailer
• No CDL required.
• Operate all equipment PROPERLY and SAFELY.
• Recognize potential problems with turf and ornamental plants at properties.
• Very little customer service or interactions but must have decent people skills. === Job Requirements ===
• Be able to walk up to a few miles a day and lift 40lbs
• Valid Drivers License
• Good driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Honest and Hardworking
• Ability to learn new things
• Most importantly, be a team player with a positive attitude.

=== Compensation ===

Training Wages:

$20.00 for the first two months Increase after first two months: $21.50 Supervisor Wage after completing 2-3 more additional months of training: $24.00 depending on progress Potential Benefits

• Most employees go through the state as they have better coverage April

• November Work Week:

  Monday-Fridays 7 to 9 hour work days December

• March Work:

  ON CALL for snow removal services. With some miscellaneous work throughout the winter.
