We are looking for experienced OTR Box Truck Drivers who are ready to stay on the road, run nationwide freight, and grow with a strong team environment. As a Box Truck Driver OTR (Over-the-Road), you will play a key role in delivering freight safely and efficiently across the country while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism. This position is ideal for motivated drivers who enjoy long-haul driving, consistent miles, and a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck on nationwide OTR routes while following all DOT regulations and traffic laws. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is operating safely and efficiently. Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, liftgates, or forklifts when required. Properly secure cargo to prevent damage during transit. Deliver freight on time while maintaining communication with dispatch and customers. Keep accurate logs and trip documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck. Follow company safety procedures and customer requirements at all times. Assist with basic warehouse or freight handling duties when necessary. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of verifiable box truck driving experience required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a drug test. Ability to stay on the road for 4 weeks at a time with 1.5 weeks off. Experience with nationwide OTR routes preferred. Knowledge of load securement and freight handling procedures. Ability to lift and move freight safely when needed. Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT regulations is preferred.
