Shop / Yard Assistant

E80 Plus Constructors, LLC specializes in Railroad Bridge Construction and Engineering. We are one of the nation's premier providers to the rail industry. E80 Plus Constructors is seeking a Shop / Yard Assistant with construction and equipment operating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers. Work effectively in a team environment, both independently and as a team, assisting supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain an organized inventory system to facilitate easy retrieval. Pick, pack, and prepare shop orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet delivery schedules. Maintain overall cleanliness of work trucks and equipment. Assist with ground maintenance, including mowing, weed whacking, shoveling, etc. Properly operate shop equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, skid steer, sky track. Adhere to company safety protocols. Use Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices. Qualifications /
