Job Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license Flatbed experience preferred (tarping, securement, and physical labor required) Ability to handle tarping and other physical flatbed work Willingness to travel according to position:

OTR:

5-6 nights out, 10 nights out, or up to 2 weeks out

Local/Regional:

Ability to stay out 2 nights per week Availability for scheduled shifts:

OTR:

Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday Regional:

First shift start time between 4am-9am, 11-14-hour workdays Reliable, professional, and safety-focused driving habits Must meet all DOT requirements (medical card, clean driving record, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Commitment to representing Northern Logistics with professionalism and customer service

Wage Range:

0.56 - 0.58 per mile
