Job Description

Overview Craig's Towing is seeking a hard working individual to join our team. Looking to fill a full time night position. Four twelve our shifts, three days in a row off. The ideal candidate will possess a basic knowledge in automotive repair, along with customer service skills, and live local. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing assistance to customers in need. This role requires mechanical knowledge, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. No experience necessary will train the right person. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other types of towing equipment, to transport vehicles safely. Perform minor repairs on-site as needed. Load and unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their concerns. Manage conflicts with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during towing operations. Conduct regular inspections of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with dispatchers to receive assignments and report on job status. Requirements Valid driving license with a clean driving record. Knowledge and experience in automotive repair. Customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong driving skills with the ability to navigate various road conditions safely.
