Physical Certification Dangerous goods Hazardous materials transportation Tanker Endorsement Full Job Description We are looking for a Hazmat driver within a 100-mile radius of Superior, WI to deliver various chemicals and hot oil products in bulk, transport them via Semi-Truck and Trailer, and unload products at various customer locations. The position has a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday and every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Loading products at refineries, and bulk storage facilities. Unloading products at numerous customer locations such chemical and asphalt plants and roadside jobs. Ability to pump on and off products using a Power Take Off. Dropping, hooking and connecting trailers to semi-truck. This includes manually raising and lowering dolly legs on the trailer with up to 50 pounds of torque resistance. Hooking up hoses and fittings to load and unload these products safely and securely. Reaching, pulling and pushing hoses weighing up to 50 lbs. Climbing up ladder on trailer to check tank and levels and make sure the load is secured. The maximum weight the ladder can accommodate is 450 pounds. Climbing in and out of Semi-Truck using 3 points of contact. Loading appropriate quantities on all loads per dispatch instructions. General conversations in English with dispatchers, customers, and loaders to accommodate their needs.

Required Qualifications:
Valid Class A - CDL driver's license with tanker and hazmat endorsement. Approved medical card via DOT certified doctor, PA, Chiropractor

Annual Average Salary:
