Summary We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic team at Superior Towing. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and professional towing services. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients. Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions. Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and emergencies. Assist in training new drivers on company policies and procedures. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally. Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs is a plus.
