Job Description

At RDR, we have a strong focus on growth and recruitment and employ only the best local talent within our region. RDR is seeking a Roll Off/Rollback Driver to round out our Support Services Division.
Responsibilities Schedule:
12+ Hour Shifts Nights This role operates in industrial and environmental service settings and requires strong attention to safety, compliance, and customer service Drivers will be responsible for transporting, loading, and delivering materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and company regulations This is a physically active role requiring flexibility to work extended shifts (12+ hours) in a fast-paced field environment Safely operate CDL A or B vehicles, roll off preferred Perform pickups, deliveries, and transport of materials to and from customer sites, landfills, and processing facilities Load and unload containers and equipment as required Secure loads in compliance with DOT and company standards Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and required documentation Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers Provide professional and courteous service at all job sites Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle(s) Follow all site-specific safety requirements, including PPE usage Industrial, construction, landfill, and environmental service settings Outdoor exposure to weather, dust, odors, and heavy equipment Fast-paced and safety-sensitive environment Qualifications Valid CDL Class A required. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical 5+ years of previous experience operating tractor trailers, rollback, roll-off trucks, and/or other CDL vehicles Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety practices Ability to safely work long hours, including 12+ hour shifts and weekends Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100+ pounds regularly Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly Ability to sit for extended periods while driving Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions read, write English Fluently Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 401K Matching
