Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dump trucks. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment. A successful Dump Truck Driver will contribute to various construction projects, including building, paving, and grading. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt to designated locations. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in safe working order. Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Safely load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution in the truck. Operate additional equipment as needed, including backhoes, water trucks, graders, and bulldozers. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs. Experience Proven experience operating dump trucks is required. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on equipment. Experience with backhoe operation, water truck driving, grader operation, or similar machinery is a plus. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices is preferred.
