Pressure Washing Technician Location:
Nitro, WV Travel Required:
Throughout West Virginia and Virginia Schedule:
40-60 hours per week
Overnight Travel:
Required (Company-paid hotel accommodations provided) Position Summary Central Contracting, Inc is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Steam Truck Operator to join our team based out of Nitro, WV. This position involves operating a steam/pressure washing truck to clean heavy construction equipment and machinery at active jobsites throughout West Virginia and Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience pressure washing heavy equipment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while following all safety requirements. When steam cleaning operations are not required, the employee will assist company mechanics with equipment maintenance and shop-related duties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate steam truck and pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently. Steam clean and pressure wash heavy construction equipment at jobsites and company facilities. Travel to various project locations throughout WV and VA. Follow all company safety policies and jobsite requirements. Complete required documentation and reports. Assist mechanics with equipment maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively on jobsites. Qualifications Valid CDL preferred; at minimum, a valid DOT Medical Card is required. Minimum 1 year of experience pressure washing heavy construction equipment on active jobsites. OSHA 30 Certification required. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work. Strong attention to safety and detail.
