Requirements:

Valid CDL Hazmat Endorsement (Required, or must obtain within first 3 months of employment) Tanker Endorsement (Required, or must obtain within first 3 months of employment) Safe driving record Strong commitment to safety and professionalism Ability to comply with all DOT regulations and company policies Clean Clearinghouse, with no violations Pay Starting Pay (PC Practical Mileage) $.65 per loaded mile (with tanker and hazmat endorsements) ($.57 /loaded mi without haz and tanker) $.57 per mile empty Quarterly Performance Bonus

• Achieved at 9,500 dispatched miles
• pays $0.02/mi ran in the quarter, paid out at the end of the quarter Quarterly Fuel Efficiency Bonus
• Averaging 6.25-6.6MPG, pays $0.01/mi ran in the quarter, paid out at the end of the quarter
• Above 6.6MPG pays $0.02/mi Bonus for Clean Roadside Inspections Short haul bonus
• (must load and deliver loads to qualify
• 000-100 miles $.40/ mile+ base; 101-200 miles $.10/mile + base North East Bonus
