Traffic Signal Technician

Job Title:

Traffic Signal Technician Responsibilities Perform emergency and preventive maintenance on traffic signals and related equipment. Repair and install traffic signal equipment. Handle power tools and materials for various projects. Lift and transport heavy loads safely. Prioritize and manage work schedules in coordination with supervisors. Close work orders independently after training. Respond to on-call duties with reliability and minimal oversight. Essential Skills Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems. Experience with low voltage and preventive maintenance. Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Additional Skills & Qualifications ISMA Traffic Signal Inspector program certification is highly desirable. Familiarity with power tools and machinery. Commercial electrical experience is beneficial. PLC experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must hold and maintain a valid PA driver's license. Why Work Here?
