This position offers consistent hours, fixed routes, and a relaxed campus setting—perfect for drivers seeking reliable, low-stress work without heavy city traffic.
Compensation & Benefits:
$23 per hour Monday-Friday schedule (shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM) No weekend shifts required Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with 3% company match Position Overview As a CDL Campus Shuttle Operator , you'll provide safe, dependable transportation for students, faculty, staff, and visitors along established campus routes. The routes are repetitive and clearly defined, offering a smooth and predictable driving experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a CDL-required shuttle on designated campus routes Drive consistent loop routes with scheduled stops Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Deliver friendly, professional service to all passengers Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class B (or higher) with Passenger (P) Endorsement Strong focus on safety, dependability, and punctuality Professional, customer-friendly demeanor Previous passenger or shuttle driving experience is a plus, but not required Why Join zTrip?
