This position ensures residents receive all appropriate assistance during transport. Driver fulfills all operational tasks involving driving. Qualifications Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 6 months experience driving a vehicle. Must possess a current and valid Florida driver's license at time of hire. Must be willing to and capable of being certified in CPR.Requirements include:
- Must possess and maintain a clean DMV driving record.
- Excellent communication skills, patience and the ability to deal with stress and the needs of older adults.
- Ability to use a client and customer- focused approach to problem solving and goal setting.
- Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults and enjoy working with a senior population.
