Duties Safely operate the kiddie train or wagon ride along designated routes, ensuring passenger safety at all times Assist guests with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and helpful service throughout the ride Conduct pre-ride inspections of the train or wagon to ensure all safety features are functional and equipment is in good condition Follow all operational procedures, including speed limits, route adherence, and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of the ride area and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Manage loading capacity to comply with safety regulations and guest comfort standards Engage with guests by answering questions, sharing fun facts, and creating an enjoyable experience for everyone onboard Skills Valid driver's license with experience in manual transmission vehicles preferred Prior experience operating small vehicles such as forklifts, dump trucks, or flatbed trucks is a plus Strong understanding of driving principles including route driving and safe maneuvering of passenger vehicles Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests of all ages Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and operational guidelines precisely Experience with commercial driving or truck driving is advantageous for understanding vehicle handling and safety protocols Familiarity with load & unload processes for equipment or supplies related to ride operations Join us in creating joyful moments while demonstrating your skills in safe vehicle operation!
