Job Description

CNC 2-axis Quick turn Mazak Lathe (Mazatrol Tplus controls) Will train the right candidate. SET UP includes loading tooling required to run the part. Loading programs. Using pre-setter or touching off tooling manually. Stepping through part. Very little programming involved, some editing may be required, First piece inspection, filling out or creating inspection report. Taking part to inspecction for verification.
OPERATING
includes running and inspecting parts. Optimizing run time. Machine maintenance (metal ships out, oil, way lube and coolant check and fill, greasing check, cleaning machine and area. Driving forklift is required (Will train) You will be required to run a secondary machine.
