CNC Machine Operator - Mill | Lathe | Swiss Multiple Shifts Available | Climate‑Controlled Facility Now Hiring CNC Machine Operators We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented CNC Machine Operators to join a growing precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines who take pride in producing high‑quality, tight‑tolerance parts. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Mill, Lathe, and/or Swiss machines to produce precision components Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and consistency Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring tools Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently and support junior machinists as needed Required Qualifications Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T Experience using precision metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) Experience in aerospace, medical device, or automotive manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail, reliability, and quality focus Preferred Experience Hands‑on experience with machines such as:
