Job Description

Overview Classes will begin July 13, 2026, and will alternate between both our Hamburg and Avon locations. 32 hours per week during training. Applicants will need to complete a drug screen and a background check if accepted for training class. If chosen, applicants are required to get CDL permit. Seeking Trainees for WNYs premier Motor Coach company. Seeking professional, self-motivated, reliable individuals to enter our paid CDL training program and join our excellent team! Must have safe driving record, ability to obtain CDL permit and physical before classes begin, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. All candidates must be at least 25 yrs of age. Training designed for your success as a full-time employee for Niagara Scenic Tours... As a Motor Coach operator, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic regulations. Responsibilities you will have and learn
  • Safely operate motor coaches, ensuring the comfort and security of all passengers during transit.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during trips.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Follow established routes and schedules while remaining flexible to accommodate changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times. Skill you need

  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while ensuring passenger safety.
  • Strong attention to detail for vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
