Immediate Openings - No Experience Required (We Train) Due to increased production demand, we are hiring Press Operators to run high-speed stamping, punch, and forming presses. No press experience? No problem. If you're a recent graduate, trade school student, or mechanically inclined, we will train you. What You'll Do Operate punch, stamping, and forming presses (5 ton - 150 ton range / 9 presses) Run progressive die stamping and metal forming operations Load materials and monitor press cycles for quality and consistency Assist with die setup, adjustments, and changeovers (training provided) Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances and aerospace quality standards Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot basic issues (misfeeds, part defects, etc.) Perform basic machine upkeep and follow lockout/tagout safety procedures What You Need (Must-Have) Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation preferred OR recent graduate from a trade, vocational, or technical program Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as needed Ready for steady hours and strong paychecks?
