Event Needs Who We Are:

Our Client is hiring for a fast-paced event logistics and transportation opportunity with a growing team that specializes in delivering high-quality event experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving, hands-on work, and being part of live events from setup to breakdown. If you're dependable, customer-focused, and ready to help keep operations running smoothly, this is an exciting opportunity with long-term potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Basically, you're the behind-the-scenes MVP making events happen.

You'll:

Drive 24' trucks to event locations Load/unload gear (yes, it's a workout — skip leg day) Help set up and break down event equipment Keep trucks/equipment organized and clean Work with dispatch, clients, and the crew to keep things running smoothly Follow DOT regs and traffic laws Able to work different hours around the area and set up events (outdoors and indoors)

What You Need:

Valid Driver's License + clean driving record Comfortable driving 24' trucks Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently Dependability with Flexible schedule Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus Good attitude and communication skills

Event setup or delivery experience DOT log/compliance knowledge Strong Portland/regional route knowledge Forklift experience
