Get rail cars ready for vehicles to be loaded and unloaded. Load and unload new cars onto and from railroad cars and prepare for transport Assist in moving cars from production to the parking facility What do you need? Ability to climb a ladder up to 16 feet and desire to work Ability to bend, stoop, and work under vehicles that are secured to the rail cars. Willingness to work outside in the elements Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Desire to succeed High School Diploma/ GED or Ability Safety first mentality
