Job Description

Job description Do you have a background in car wash and/or management? DASH Car Wash is looking for an experienced car wash professional to oversee and manage a DASH site near you! We're looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven candidates with management experience to fill our Site Manager position. Training for this position will take place on-site and at our sister locations within the East Valley. Travel to these locations will be required upon hire as needed.
Position Summary:
Provide a world-class guest experience; every guest, every time Strong understanding and demonstration of all site roles Ownership of overall site performance and continuous growth Manage team and staff in operational consistency to deliver quality Maintain consistent training practices Maintain safety as a top priority The Ideal Candidate is: Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Car wash management experience or relative field Professional look and demeanor Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers Excellent guest service skills Management experience Mechanically inclined Basic understanding of computer software and willingness to learn utilized services High school diploma or equivalent Good organization skills Meets basic management competencies Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Self-motivated and positive attitude All job offers are contingent upon the completion of DASH Car Wash's multi-stage interview process.
