Safety Lane Inspector Duncan Trucking LTD Laveen, AZ Job Details Full-time From $19 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Outdoor work Machine minor repairs Full Job Description This position is responsible for inspecting, flagging and reporting any defects discovered on equipment entering our yards located in Laveen, AZ. •We are willing to train anyone with an interest in learning about the basic vehicle components on semi-trucks and trailers.•
Schedule:
8 am to 5 pm,
Mon-Fri Pay:
Starting at $20 per hour
Physical Requirements:
Continually stand, stoop, bend and squat repeatedly for up to 8 hours. Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50#. Must have the dexterity to lower oneself on and off a creeper and maneuver freely under vehicles. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Withstand various ambient outdoor temperatures.
Additional Skills Required:
Able to effectively communicate with all types of persons (bilingual a plus, but not required) Able to read and write legibly. Familiarity with basic tools to perform very minor repairs (tighten bolts, install mud flaps, replace marker lights, etc.)
