Engineering EB Groton Shipyard Overview Department 408 performs logistics changes and support to supported submarine classes and creates and maintains maintenance products to supported submarine classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new or modify existing maintenance requirements for submarine systems and components for all classes Manage the development of the associated maintenance products. Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses to identify the most applicable and effective maintenance, who should conduct it and how often it needs to be accomplished. Responsibilities This position requires strong decision making, program management, work ethics, and the ability and willingness to learn new processes. Candidate must be highly motivated, perform independently, as well as interact with other groups and organizations.

The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing. Candidate must have the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Qualifications Required:
At least 6 years of U.S. Navy submarine experience. Proficiency with
MS OFFICE
applications.
Preferred:
Experience with navy maintenance conduct and documents. Naval Nuclear Trained
