Part-Time | Weekends Required | Motorsports Environment Love motorsports? Enjoy fast-paced environments and working with people? The FIRM is seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Gate & Corner Worker / Track Operations Team . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys motorsports, thrives in dynamic environments, and takes pride in helping create an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests arrive.
Typical Schedule:
Most Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Some weekday availability may also be needed. About the Role As a member of our Track Operations Team, you play an important role in the customer experience and daily operations of the facility. From greeting guests at the gate to helping maintain a safe and organized environment while the track is hot, this role helps keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities May Include:
Greeting customers and creating a welcoming experience from "hello" Assisting guests with questions and facility information Monitoring track activity and staying alert while track is hot Pulling flags and supporting track safety operations (training provided) Communicating clearly and efficiently over radio with Track Control Handling fast-paced or high-pressure situations while following standard procedures Supporting gate operations and answering phones Assisting with paddock organization and facility upkeep Light cleaning tasks including portable spot checks and trash removal Helping reset cones, cleanup areas, and support end-of-day operations once track is cold Pitching in where needed to support the team and overall customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Positive attitude with a strong "can do" mindset Comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic motorsports environment Ability to stay focused, alert, and calm under pressure Team player who can also work independently Ability to bend, lift, and move up to 50+ lbs Comfortable adapting to different personalities and situations
Preferred Experience:
1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or similar environments Motorsports, track, automotive, or event experience is a plus — but not required Experience in high-energy service environments is highly valued Why Join The FIRM?
